The times became grey with several moments of despair,
and I missed having it all white and clear,
For I was used to having it all easy and fine.
Things dint seem to favor me,
Then I crawled to him, in the hopes of him not rejecting me,
For I felt I was too dirty to meet with him.
To my surprise he was not far from me,
He did not cast me away nor hide from me,
He let me encounter that wonderful presence of his,
And I remembered a wandering scripture in my head
"For in his presence there is fullness of joy".
It was shocking to see this immediate manifestation of this scripture,
Then things gradually became clear!
I began to see where he had been trying to get me to all this while
A place where I know him and desire to please him,
A place where its not my will but his,
A place where I can cast all my cares,
A place I am right now and loving every minute of it.
